Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions; Provides for 1-percent increase in sales & use tax rate; revises brackets for calculating sales tax amounts; provides for distribution of revenues from additional 1-percent increase in tax rate; provides for 1-percent decrease in tax rate in 3 years; revises brackets for calculating sales tax amounts; deletes provision providing for distribution of revenues from 1-percent increase in tax rate.
