Lis Pendens; Permits property to be sold exempt from claims asserted in action when lis pendens has expired or been withdrawn or discharged; requires notice of lis pendens to include date of action, date of clerk's electronic receipt, or case number of action; extends time in which holder of unrecorded interest or lien may intervene in pending action; provides for control & discharge of lis pendens that no longer affects property.
