GENERAL BILL by Horner

Driver License Services; Revises fee charged for driver license transactions administered by county tax collectors; provides for fee to be adjusted in relation to change in Consumer Price Index; authorizes tax collector to enter into interlocal agreements for provision of driver license services; provides that such fee shall be paid to tax collector in addition to other fees.
