TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Baker

Police Technology Trust Fund/FDLE [SPSC]; Creates the Police Technology Trust Fund within the Department of Law Enforcement. Provides for administration of the trust fund and use of moneys therein. Requires balances to remain in the trust fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
