GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Government Contractors/Contractual Relationships [SPSC]; Provides that certain charitable organizations that execute a contract with a health care provider are agents for purposes of sovereign immunity and may not be named as a defendant in an action arising out of medical care or treatment. Requires that certain charitable organizations provide written notice to patients that the provider is an agent of the governmental contractor. Revises requirements for rules adopted by the DOH, etc.
