Color Photographic or Digital Imaged Licenses; Authorizes DHSMV to release to law enforcement agency film reproductions or electronic digital images, including updated images, for inclusion in facial-recognition biometrics database; provides that images will continue to be exempt from public disclosure while contained in database.
