GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden

Biomedical Research/Trust Fund [WPSC]; Revises the amount of annual appropriations to the Biomedical Research Trust Fund within the Department of Health. Requires that moneys transferred to the trust fund during the 2008-2009 fiscal year in excess of specified amounts be transferred to the General Revenue Fund by a specified date. APPROPRIATION: $-3,750,000.
