Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies; Authorizes court to refer actions to binding arbitration; provides that arbitration decision may be made known to judge in trial de novo prior to judge entering his or her order on merits; revises provisions relating to grounds & proceedings for eviction to provide for nonapplicability of certain provisions to certain persons approved for payment by Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation, etc.
