GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Unauthorized Employment [EPSC]; Requires denial of agricultural classification and assessment of land for specified time periods under circumstances involving knowingly hiring, recruiting, or referring unauthorized aliens for employment. Provides an additional civil penalty for employment of unauthorized aliens. Requires the DOACS to disseminate information concerning compliance with federal work authorization programs, etc.
