GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms

Assisted Living Facilities/Residents [SPSC]; Revises provisions relating to a resident's right to receive notice before being relocated or terminated from a facility. Provides that a document that waives such right is void. Requires a facility's grievance procedure to be in writing. Provides the grounds and notice requirements for relocating or terminating a resident from a facility. Authorizes the DOEA to adopt rules, etc.
