GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Altman

Permitting [EPSC]; Provides requirements for claiming certain site rehabilitation costs in applications for contaminated site rehabilitation tax credits. Clarifies duties of the OTTED to approve expedited permitting and comprehensive plan amendments. Revises criteria for businesses submitting permit applications or local comprehensive plan amendments, etc.
