Firesafety Inspections [EPSC]; Provides exceptions to certain local government firesafety inspection requirements. Specifies inspection requirements for fire hydrants owned by governmental entities. Authorizes local government utilities to comply using designated employees. Specifies responsibility for ensuring the qualification of designated employees to make inspections.
