Building Safety [CPSC]; Revises provisions of law relating to elevator safety, home inspection services, mold assessment & remediation, & building code inspections & enforcement; provides for effect of expired, lapsed, nonrenewed, or revoked building permit; revises Florida Building Commission authority; exempts specified structures from Florida Building Code requirements, etc.
