Health Care; Redefines term "clinic" for purposes of Health Care Clinic Act, to include certain additional providers; includes specialty clinics within requirements for licensure, license renewal, transfer of ownership, & provisional licensure; requires health care clinics & specialty clinics to display signs containing certain information regarding insurance fraud; provides for reports, inspections, & audits, etc. APPROPRIATION: $237,875.
