Supervised Visitation & Exchange Monitoring Prog. [SPSC]; Adopts state standards for supervised visitation and exchange monitoring programs. Provides factors for the court or child-placing agency to consider when referring cases for supervised visitation or exchange monitoring. Authorizes said programs to conduct security background checks of employees and volunteers and criminal records checks through the FDLE, etc.
