Employment of Children/Entertainment Industry [CPSC]; Provides regulations for the employment of children in the entertainment industry. Provides responsibilities of employers and parents or legal guardians of such children. Provides duties of the Division of Regulation within the DBPR. Provides limitations on the working hours of child performers. Provides certification requirements and duties of teachers of child performers. Provides criteria for wage claims, etc.
