Water Management Districts; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H1407, H1367, & H1605) Revises provisions relating to membership of basin boards; provides that basin board members designated by district governing board chairs are voting members, counted for quorum purposes, & basin board chairs & co-chairs; authorizes basin boards to conduct official business under certain conditions, etc.
