Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation; Removes provision that requires SBA to invest & reinvest moneys in endowment fund for Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation; requires that specified percentage of remainder of all civil penalties received by county court pursuant to specified provisions be remitted to DOR on monthly basis for deposit in fund, etc.
