GENERAL BILL by Deutch
State Purchasing/Vehicles [GPSC]; Provides definitions. Requires state agencies and certain local governments to purchase hybrid, flex-fuel, or biodiesel vehicles if such vehicles are available. Requires the DMS to adopt rules establishing criteria for the purchase of such vehicles.
