GENERAL BILL by Deutch
State Board of Administration [WPSC]; Requires that the board create an audit committee for specified purposes. Requires that the board appoint an executive director. Requires that the executive director's quarterly report to the board of trustees of the State Board of Administration and Investment Advisory Council contain certain information. Requires that the board adopt by rule standards of conduct for investment advisors and managers, etc.
