Economic Development [CPSC]; Deletes the requirement for the OTTED to administer the professional golf hall of fame facility program. Deletes a requirement that rules adopted by the Public Service Commission authorizing utilities to recover reasonable economic development expenses be consistent with criteria adopted by rules of the OTTED or the former Department of Commerce. Revises the purposes of the Rural Infrastructure Fund, etc.
