Economic Development [WPSC]; Requires an agency or entity that receives county funds for economic development purposes pursuant to a contract to submit a report on the use of the funds. Authorizes counties and municipalities to extend economic development ad valorem tax exemptions under certain circumstances. Provides an exemption from the use tax for an aircraft that temporarily enters the state or is temporarily in the state for certain purposes, etc. APPROPRIATION: $54,798,127.
