Florida Commission on Human Relations; Provides guidelines for determining existence of impairment; provides for administration of Florida Civil Rights Act & Fair Housing Act; permits commission to use any discovery method authorized by civil procedure rules; specifies persons & entities that may receive technical assistance; authorizes reasonable fees for products or services; substitutes "sex" & "disability" for terms "gender" & "handicap," respectively, etc.
