GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Alexander

Florida Retirement System [WPSC]; Deletes a provision ensuring certain rights of members of the system. Provides for employee and employer contributions. Provides that the rights of members are of a contractual nature. Requires employee and employer contributions to the retirement system effective January 1, 2011. Limits the payment of benefits prior to a participant's termination of employment, etc. APPROPRIATION: $445,125.
