CS/SB 2030: Continuing Care Facilities [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Fasano
Continuing Care Facilities [CPSC]; Increases the threshold amount for businesses that must be identified in an application for a provisional certificate of authority. Revises the financial information that must be submitted annually for each certified facility. Authorizes a provider to assess a separate, nonrefundable fee for processing an application for continuing care. Provides that a resident is deemed to be occupying a unit upon the payment of certain fees, etc.
