GENERAL BILL by Detert

State and Federal Relations [WPSC]; Provides for the CFO, the Governor's Office of Federal Revenue Maximization, and the Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to have direct access to the staff of the Office of State-Federal Relations. Creates the Office of Federal Revenue Maximization within the Governor's Office of Policy and Budget. Requires that the office respond to federal grant opportunities and coordinate the use of federal funds in the state, etc.
