Public Record Exemptions/Financial Regulation [CPSC]; Provides a public records exemption for information held by the Office of Financial Regulation pursuant to an investigation of debt relief organizations. Provides for future repeal and legislative review of the exemption under the OGSR Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
