SB 2146: Physical Therapy [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Physical Therapy [SPSC]; Provides the scope of practice for a physical therapist. Requires that an applicant for a license as a physical therapist must be a graduate of a school of physical therapy that has been approved by an accrediting agency approved and recognized by the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, which is not limited to the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation or the U.S. Department of Education, etc.
