Math & Science Instructional Materials [WPSC]; Creates the Florida Center for World Excellence in Mathematics and Science to provide for the review of mathematics and science instructional materials. Provides duties of the center to include recommendations to the Commissioner of Education of instructional materials for use in K-12 public schools beginning with the 2011-2012 school year. Provides for funding, etc.
