Criminal Justice [SPSC]; Repeals a specified provision relating to a prohibition on the Attorney General collecting any fee for defending any supposed offender. Removes penalty provisions relating to criminal transmission of HIV. Repeals a provision relating to initiation of restoration of civil rights. Repeals a provision relating to authorization for the Correctional Privatization Commission to contract for youthful offender correctional facilities, etc.
