Maternal and Child Health [SPSC]; Creates the "Florida Nurse Home Visitation Act." Establishes a nurse home visitation pilot program in specified areas. Requires local Healthy Start coalitions to administer the program. Provides duties of the Department of Health. Provides for administration and evaluation of the program. Requires the department to submit an annual report to the Governor and Legislature, etc.
