GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms

Criminal Conduct [SPSC]; Defines the term "mental injury." Exempts constitutionally protected acts from prohibitions on child abuse, aggravated child abuse, and neglect. Redefines the term "crime" for purposes of crime victim compensation to include additional forms of injury, etc.
