GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Traffic Regulations To Assist Blind Persons [CPSC]; Increases the penalty imposed against an unauthorized person who carries a raised white cane on a public roadway. Increases the penalty imposed for failing to stop and yield to a blind person attempting to cross a roadway. Reenacts a specified provision relating to the disposition of civil penalties, to incorporate the amendment made by this act to s. 318.18, F.S., in a reference thereto.
