Affordable Housing [EPSC]; Revises definitions relating to agency inspectors general to include the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Provides a housing finance authority with an additional purpose for which it may exercise its power to borrow. Revises the allocation of certain proceeds distributed from the excise tax on documents which are paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the State Housing Trust Fund, etc.
