SB 2632: Municipal Electric Utilities [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Negron

Municipal Electric Utilities [EPSC]; Revises the definition of the term "public utility" to include certain municipal electric utilities for a specified minimum period. Provides that said utilities are not exempt from specified provisions regulating public utilities. Provides that the Florida Public Service Commission has the authority to enforce the provisions of the act. Provides rulemaking authority.
