TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Fiscal Stability TF/State Courts System [SPSC]; Creates the Fiscal Stability Trust Fund within the state courts system to be administered by the Supreme Court. Provides for the administration of the trust fund and the use of trust fund moneys. Requires balances to remain in the trust fund at the end of the fiscal year. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
