SB 2694: Florida Building Commission [EPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Florida Building Commission [EPSC]; Requires that the DCA adopt rules addressing the performance of its designee and contractors. Provides an exception from approval and insignia requirements for custom or one-of-a-kind prototype manufactured buildings. Revises provisions relating to the recertification of manufactured buildings. Revises provisions requiring that certain buildings have an approved operational carbon monoxide alarm, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
