SB 2708: Child Pornography [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Child Pornography [SPSC]; Revises the definition of "child pornography" to include visual depictions in which it appears that a minor is engaging in sexual conduct. Provides that proof of the identity of a minor is not required. Provides that it is unlawful for any person to knowingly sell, promote, solicit, purchase, or distribute child pornography. Provides penalties, etc.
