Locksmith Services; Creates Florida Locksmith Services Act; requires licensure of locksmith services businesses & locksmith referral services by DOACS; requires fingerprinting & background screening of owner & certain other persons affiliated with locksmith services business; disqualifies certain persons from performing locksmith services based upon background screening, etc.
