Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services [EPSC]; Designates the Florida Agricultural Museum in Flagler County as the official state agricultural museum. Requires the FWC to enter into an agreement with the DEP relating to the uniform application of pesticides to the waters of the state. Revises a reference to the Model Ordinance for Florida-Friendly Fertilizer Use on Urban Landscapes. Prohibits persons from engaging in sexual activities with animals, etc.
