Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services [EPSC]; Requires that the department and representatives of the state pest control industry prepare a report for the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the chairpersons of specified legislative committees by a certain date. Requires that the report include recommendations for changes in the law to provide for disciplinary action against licensees of pest control industry under certain circumstances, etc.
