Agriculture [EPSC]; Clarifies that land that is classified as agricultural retains that classification when offered for sale. Provides the methodology for assessing certain structures or improvements used for horticulture production. Revises provisions of the Florida Aquatic Weed Control Act. Provides that the executive offices of the Department of Citrus are located in Bartow, etc.
