GENERAL BILL

Criminal Conduct; Defines term "mental injury" with respect to offenses of child abuse & aggravated child abuse; requires expert witness who testifies regarding child's mental injury to have certain credentials; provides affirmative defenses to offenses of child abuse, aggravated child abuse, & neglect; redefines term "crime" for purposes of crime victim compensation to include additional forms of injury.
