Motor Vehicle Window Sunscreening Requirements [CPSC]; Provides a medical exemption from sunscreening requirements for persons who are afflicted with any autoimmune disease or other medical conditions. Requires the HSMV to consult with its medical advisory board to provide guidance with respect to such autoimmune diseases and other medical conditions.
