Review of the Department of Management Services [WPSC]; Revises governance of DMS; provides for electronic filing & transmission procedures for certain actions, proceedings, & petitions; requires petitioner requesting administrative hearing to include petitioner's e-mail address; requires attorney to use electronic means when filing document with Division of Administrative Hearings; provides requirements for use of wireless communication devices by agency employees, etc. APPROPRIATION: $2,185,746.
