Retirement [WPSC]; Revises definition of term "statement value"; provides limitations for total contributions made to certain retirement systems or plans; prohibits certain retirement systems or plans from amortizing their unfunded liabilities over specified period; limits amortization bases created in specified future plan years; provides disclosure requirements; requires employers to make specified retirement contributions on behalf of certain employees, etc.
