GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Richter
Property Insurance [CPSC]; Decreases the maximum number of consecutive years that an insurer may use the same accountant or partner of an accounting firm for preparing its audited financial report. Requires insurers to provide a notice of a change in policy terms to a policyholder under certain circumstances. Requires an insurer to determine whether damage to a structure is consistent with sinkhole loss, etc.
