Rec./Public Transit Provider [EPSC]; Provides an exemption from the public records law for personal identifying information held by a public transit provider for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of prepaid fare cards. Provides for future repeal and legislative review of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
