International Banking Corporations; Expands application of state banking laws to include specified international banking corporations & trust companies; revises requirements for carrying on banking business to apply to specified additional financial institutions; revises requirements for licensing international banking corporations; includes requirements applicable to specified trust representative offices; increases specified net capital account requirements, etc.
