Wildlife Regulation; Revises provisions relating to sale, use, release, exhibition, & possession of nonnative wildlife; provides prohibitions relating to certain reptiles; revises captive wildlife penalty provisions; provides civil penalties for violations relating to certain reptiles; provides for deposit & use of civil penalty proceeds; requires FWCC to submit annual report to Legislature; directs FWCC to evaluate revising list of certain reptiles.
